Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for any reason, all payments made are not refundable. If we are notified of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your check-in day, your payments may be transferred to a new reservation for a future stay. Otherwise, all payments will be forfeited. If you fail to check-in by noon, the day after your scheduled check-in (without notifying our office) the balance of your stay will not be available and your payments will be forfeited. Payment transfers must be used within one year of original date of first payment and may not be transferred to another accommodation at the same time of cancelled reservation.
