Bartender fees are included in beverage packages for parties of 50 or more guests. Bartender/Cashier hourly fees apply to consumption tab or cash bars. Bartender fees: $100 up to 3 hours per bartender, $25 per bartender per hour thereafter. Special request wine, champagne and spirits may be available upon request (prices based on selections). Non-alcoholic beverages are subject to 6% Pennsylvania tax and 20% service charge. Alcoholic beverages subject to service charge only.
